    asalaam alaikum,

    Why ignore? This is your blog. This is your place to vent if you please. You are absolutely correct. We should take time to help each other. Especially if someone says they will do something, they should or at least tell you they aren't going to be able to. As muslims what we say, what we do, and how we treat each other is extremely important. If there is anything I can do to help your site, let me know.
